I love lazy campfire Sundays!!
Here’s a pic of our tea up at Chilli Jam HQ. A full rack of extra meaty ribs (you’ll need to ask your butcher for these, you won’t find them in Tesco) cooked for about 2 hours over oak on a lawn rake (what else would you use?!) and glazed over and over with our new Rib Tickler sticky, fruity, chipotle BBQ chilli sauce.
