Yorkshire Dragon Chilli Jam

By far the fiercest jam in the standard black lid range and the jam we make 'The Podfather' from. Scores of Bird's Eye chillies and lashings of Bhut Jolokia give Yorkshire Dragon it's 2 waves of burn. Seriously, one for the enthusiast. It has so much chilli in it we have to sell it in a smaller jar to keep the price the same, but don't let the size deceive you!
