The Third Ultra Jam in the Signature Series. I love this one! Firstly I made a smoky version of Dragon with the help of smoked Bhut jolokia flake, smoked garlic and chipotle. Then in the same way as The Podfather, I pour the hot jam over a bed of Bhut Jolokia flakes and Pods. In this case I use smoked flakes and I've reconstituted Pods and smoked them first. If you like any sort of smoky BBQ flavour and can't get enough heat you have to try this one, trust me!
