The Chilli Jam Man and Florian Poirot have ‘Balls of Steel’! 

York Food Festival sees the launch of an exciting new collaboration. Our ‘Balls of Steel’ chilli chocolate roulette set has always been popular, but we could never keep up with demand. Realising its potential, we decided to call on the help of award-winning pâtissier and chocolatier, Florian Poirot.

Classed as a ‘Master in Pastry and Confectionery’, Florian Poirot has had a string of famous faces visit his shop in Talbot Yard in Malton – from King Charles and Queen Camilla to the Hairy Bikers. Knowing the quality of his work, we were delighted when he agreed to take our much-loved ‘Balls of Steel’ to the next level.

These hand-painted roulette sets are made using 56% dark Belgian chocolate, and taste as good as they look. But be warned – hidden within this delicious dozen are three very grown-up chilli chocolates. All you have to do is pick a chocolate, pop it in your mouth… and wait! Great for parties, as an after-dinner game, or as a gift for someone special, all you have to decide is which version to go for.
