Chilli and beer – two of my favourite things!  So when the chance came up to collaborate with York Brewery on a chilli beer, I jumped at it.  Of course, the research and taste tastings were hard work (hic!) but we’ve come up with something delicious.  We didn’t want to go too hot – just to have a warm depth to it that made it accessible to many.

Mostly Ghostly at 5.4% is borne out of York Brewery’s Centurion Ghost Ale – described as a dark, brooding, full-bodied ruby ale.  You can buy this directly from York Brewery here, or pick some up at one of our food festivals.
