Inspired by Yorkshire’s Three Peaks. Experience a sharp climb of Birds Eyes, a steady climb of Habaneros and finally capped off with a long steady rise of Bhut Jolokia chillies. We supply lots of this jam to butchers who use this to make amazing chilli pork pies. Fantastic for chilli con carne – check out this recipe.

Try The Three Peaks next to steak or venison and it’s also great with tomatoes.  Think salsa, mix into passata for pasta sauces and pizza bases or even my favourite… in a Bloody Mary, or as I prefer to call it, a ‘Bloody Hell Mary!’

Ingredients: Tomato, Sugar, Habanero Chillies (6.5%), Garlic, Red Wine Vinegar, Ginger, Birds Eye Chillies (3.2%), Balsamic Vinegar, Bhut Jolokia Flake (1%)
