Spicy Chilli Salsa (Scotch Bonnet)



We’ve used a few tasty tomatoes, some red onion, a clove of garlic, a squeeze of lime, salt and pepper – then we’ve pimped it with some fresh chilli and a good spoonful of Scotch Bonnet (or another chilli jam of your choice).

Chop, mix, and serve with nachos and wine – really quick, super easy and so tasty!
