I can’t believe it’s 10 years today since I took 40 jars of Chilli Jam to Pudsey Farmer’s market. I had a fantastic morning seeing what everyone thought of my creations for the first time and landed my first stockist in Whiteley’s Nurseries. I went straight home and ordered some more jars.

Thank you all for making this possible!! It’s been an amazing journey to get where we are today from my first batches of 8 jars at a time. It sounds cliché but I’m really excited to see what’s around the next few corners. The pans are getting bigger but I still love bringing a batch of Chilli Jam together and jarring it up almost as much as I love seeing people’s reactions to trying it – some for the first time, others for the 100th time.
