Bolognaise (Mango Bhutney)
Bolognaise with Mango Bhutney
Brown 5% mince with red onion, garlic and pepper. Add in a carton of passata, a tin of chopped tomatoes, a thinly sliced carrot, a crumbled beef oxo cube, a splash of Worcester sauce, tomato purée, red wine vinegar, and @thechillijamman Mango Bhutney, then simmer.
The longer it’s simmered the nicer it is.
