Chilli Crumpets with Gorgeous Garlic Chilli Jam

These were so good!

I whisked one egg with a teaspoon of @thechillijamman Gorgeous Garlic Chilli Jam, salt and pepper. I then dipped two crumpets into the mix and cooked on low in a pan.

Topped with rocket, streaky bacon, more Gorgeous Garlic Chilli Jam, low-fat salad cheese and chilli flakes.
