Crispy Chilli Beef Noodles (Mexican Sweet)

Crispy Chilli Beef Noodles with Mexican Sweet Chilli Sauce

For the beef:
380g thin beef steaks, cut into strips
25g soy sauce
1 heaped teaspoon garlic granules
10g sesame seed oil
15g cornflour

For the sauce:
20g soy sauce
20g mirin
70g @thechillijamman Mexican Sweet Chilli Sauce
20g honey
5g sesame oil

1 pepper cut into strips
1 red onion chopped
Sprinkle sesame seeds
Fresh coriander
Chopped chilli
Ready to wok noodles

1. Add all the beef ingredients to a bowl, mix thoroughly and place in the air fryer. Cook on medium-high for 18 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Whilst the beef is cooking soften the pepper and onion.
3. Add all the sauce ingredients to a pan and simmer.
4. Warm the noodles.
5. Pour the sauce and the beef into the same pan as the vegetables and coat thoroughly.
6. Serve on top of the noodles with the chilli, coriander and sesame seeds.
