Crispy Jamato Chicken with Jamato Ketchup

3 large chicken breasts cut into strips
15g cornflour
120g sweet chilli sauce
10g red wine vinegar
40g @thechillijamman Jamato Ketchup
5g granulated sweetener
30g reduced salt soy sauce
1tsp onion granules
1tsp Chinese 5 spice
1 red pepper cut into strips

1. Coat the chicken in the cornflour with salt and pepper and place in your air fryer on medium to high heat for around 20 minutes, turning halfway.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients, minus the pepper, to a pan and simmer until thickened.
3. Just before the chicken is cooked soften the pepper in a pan.
4. Remove the chicken from the air fryer and add to the sauce with the pepper and stir until covered.
5. Serve and enjoy.

I served mine on rice with sesame seeds, spring onion, fresh chilli, and coriander.
