As the Bhut Jolokia chilli is widely known as the Ghost Pepper, we’ve decided to rename our Bhut Jolokia Chilli Jam as ‘Ghost Pepper Chilli Jam’. Please note that while the name and label have changed, the taste is exactly the same.
This has won a Great Taste Award, the Fiery Foods National Chilli Award for ‘The Best Chilli Jam/Sweet Chilli Sauce’ and ‘The Best Extract Free Naga Sauce’ – and it’s one of our best sellers!
In our opinion, this is the most versatile Chilli jam we make. It has great flavour-enhancing qualities and a slow but potent deep-cooked-out heat. Fantastic to spice any plate of food up either after it’s cooked or at the start as an ingredient.

My favourite Chilli Jam Man sauce, the hot Rib Tickler is a 7 on the heat scale, but I eat so much of it I’ve become acclimatised to the heat. So I thought I’d get something more potent to give me a slap round the chops every so often. By heck it did that all right. There’s so much flavour packed in to these chillies, it’s nice that this jam is chilli-forward, chilli-led rather than a just having heat in the background. I feel this compliments their other sauces brilliantly and completely versatile in that you can add it to anything and it will lift it. With cheese on toast, on your Sunday roast, even on cornflakes if you’re feeling most… peculiar.
I have been buying these chilli’s for a good few years now. Originally they were bought for me as a present and I haven’t looked back since. This is by far my favourite of the chilli jams, it is packed with so much flavour and a really good amount of heat. The Caroline reaper is a close second!
My favourite condiment of all time. A perfect blend of spice & flavour. I eat this on pretty much everything, especially good on a burger or on a pizza.
The Ghost Pepper Jam is outstanding think I could eat it with everything so nice, so glad I bought it!!
I was gifted this for Xmas, with the Carolina Reaper jam and the Hottest Honey in a 3 pack. As I type this I’m tucking into a bacon and egg sarnie with this ghost pepper jam on, it’s bloomin delicious. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, eggs and chilli are a fantastic combination.
