A medium-heat, sweet, sticky, fruity, smoky BBQ sauce.  Based on Simmering Smoky Chilli Jam, this is blended into Mango Chutney with some other lovely goodies. Ideal for glazing ribs, topping a burger, smothering a sausage or just dunking your chips… gorgeous!!!
