It has so much chilli in it we have to sell it in a smaller jar to keep the price the same, but don’t let the size deceive you – the Yorkshire Dragon packs a serious punch!
Very popular with lots of butchers who use it in their sausage mix – delish!

This jam is amazing!! At first there is a lovely sweet taste and then the heat kicks in, great with pork pies or on ham sandwiches. I am going to order the ultimate chilli set.
