It has so much chilli in it we have to sell it in a smaller jar to keep the price the same, but don’t let the size deceive you – the Yorkshire Dragon packs a serious punch!
Very popular with lots of butchers who use it in their sausage mix – delish!
Ingredients: Tomato, Sugar, Red Wine Vinegar, Chilli 6.5% (Birds Eye, Bhut Jolokia), Garlic, Ginger, Balsamic Vinegar.
